After a successful debut at Central Square, Sandton, Johannesburg in 2023, The festival in 2025 is set to be even more spectacular, bringing a wealth of attractions to the city of Klerksdorp.

Join us for South Africa's largest travel light festival, where you'll be captivated by breathtaking displays of light art, cultural expressions, and heritage. Immerse yourself in the magic of this extraordinary lighting festival.

From vibrant light shows to cultural celebrations and stunning illuminated art, the festival offers a sensory delight. As dusk falls, the park transforms into a kaleidoscope of colors, featuring intricate installations and mesmerizing projections that turn everyday spaces into enchanting realms.

This year's theme highlights South Africa's rich heritage and wildlife conservation, using the festive occasion to raise awareness about endangered species that need our protection such as the Rhino and more.

The exhibition will showcase a variety of lighting themes, including wildlife, festive displays, dance floors, prehistoric exhibits, and the Glow Village, complete with interactive lighting props.

With over a million lights illuminating the area, the festival creates a breathtaking wonderland. Attendees can look forward to life-sized lanterns representing various animals, including marine creatures and birds from around the world.

Guests will have the unique opportunity to walk through a giant illuminated shark to enter the exhibition. The festival will also feature glowing statues of prehistoric dinosaurs, majestic lions, zebras, giraffes, polar bears, camels, kangaroos, and more.

Indulge in a variety of delicious food stalls, vibrant markets, and live DJ performances.

Your ticket includes fun activities such as:
1. Jumping castle
2. background music
3. access to markets and food stall area where you can purchase festival foods.

Additionally, a range of family-friendly paid on activities will be available:
1. Photo booth
2. Glow car rides
3. Electric train rides
4. Pirate Ship ride
5. Tea cup and saucer ride.

Due to limited capacity, tickets are expected to sell out quickly, so we recommend booking in advance to secure your spot and avoid disappointment on the day.

Ticket options include Silver, Gold and Diamond:
- A Silver ticket grants access to one exhibition section of your choice (A or B or C) only.
- A Gold ticket provides access to 2 exhibition sections of your choice only.
- A Diamond ticket gives you access to all 3 exhibition sections A to C only.

The Glow Festival will feature three distinct sections, labeled A through C, as outlined below.
Section A: Enchanted Wonderland
Section B: Magnificent Lanterns
Section C: Glow Village

Below are brief descriptions of each of the 3 sections
Section A: Enchanted Wonderland showcases an array of oversized illuminated Christmas statues and photo opportunities.
Section B: Magnificent Lanterns presents a stunning collection of life-sized animal lanterns from various regions around the globe.
Section C: Glow Village Interactive Photo Booth offers a dazzling array of lights, allowing visitors to capture memorable photos with their own cameras.

Guests have the flexibility to tailor their experience according to their budget. Ticket options include Silver, Gold, and Diamond.

Just a friendly reminder that certain sections and activities might not be accessible in different cities because of the venue's infrastructure

A. Silver Ticket
This ticket allows access to one section of your choice, either A, B, or C.
B. Gold Ticket
With the Gold ticket, you can enjoy two sections of your choice from A to C.
C. Diamond Ticket
The Diamond ticket provides access to all three sections.

Please be aware that the tickets from Silver to Diamond are admission to specific sections only and do not include access to rides.
